All we need is your current medication repeat list and your telephone number to set up a reorder card for you. We need your permission to request prescriptions on your behalf so we will ask for your signed consent when you register.
If all your medication is due / runs out at the same time (ie is in allignment) you may be elligible for our AUTORx service. Please ask for more details.
We may be able to liase with your GP surgery to help you get all your medication in allignment too.
